Welcome to Arts Edu HUB.
This is a website created through a SSHRC grant with an objective of developing the creative capital for teachers in the K – 12 sectors.
This website is created with a set of digital resources that can be accompanied by bins of books and materials towards experiential and arts-based lessons focused on the following areas: our relationships to place, embracing risk taking and possibilities of failure, isolation and belonging.
Each of these areas are introduced by three dance characters that Ricketts has been performing for the last 15 years. Not only the resources are innovative and alluring but also the method in which Ricketts presents them. The intent of this wholly integrated approach is to encourage all teachers to embrace artful practices through a website that is inspiring and artful in itself.

Arts Edu HUB is a forum that cuts diagonally across the practices of artists/teachers and art agents with the objective of creating a lateral forum of exchange to foster a rich and dynamic container to share and develop practices and knowledge.
